1. WhatsApp

Indians form the largest number of active WhatsApp users in the world*, and now Quantum AMC lets you invest through it. Yes, you can now send a transaction request through your registered mobile number with the Fund / AMC under the particular folio. You can send a simple message to 9243223863 to start your transaction process, even while you are on the move!

2. SMS

If by chance, your 3G network access gives you trouble and you are not able to get in touch with us through WhatsApp - there's still another way you can start the transaction process - the traditional SMS.
You can now also send request for your transactions via your registered mobile number with the Fund / AMC under the particular folio. Send us a simple SMS -

a) SYNTAX BASED SMS TRANSACTIONS
A syntax based SMS is defined as an SMS sent by investor in the correct format as prescribed in Quantum Mutual Fund website

b) NON SYNTAX BASED SMS TRANSACTIONS
A non-syntax based SMS is defined as any SMS sent by the investor to Quantum Mutual Fund in a format that is not as prescribed in Quantum Mutual Fund website. A confirmation call will be done through the recorded line to obtain the consent of the Sender for the Non-Syntax Transaction Request. The difference is that the transaction request will be processed after the call is answered and the transaction confirmed, and not on receipt of the SMS.

3. Web Transactions Without Login

Say you want to transact on a Sunday with us and you have forgotten your user id and password... you don't need to wait for Monday to log in your request with us. Simply fill in the required details in our Transactions Without Login facility. This is a facility wherein Quantum Mutual Fund will accept requests for Financial transactions like Subscriptions / Redemption / Switch of units as prescribed on the website of the AMC / Fund from time to time through a separate section on the website subject to the sender fulfilling the terms and conditions, without having to log in to our Invest Online section.
